After i tried submitting my payment info, fb was suspicious about my payment info, so I sent them my my ID and filled out those questions to try to get my ads account running again. I was curious how long does it normally take for them to get back to you to see if they can reactivate my ads account again?
When I done it, it took them like a week.
It might take them more or less time of course...

did you email or do it through their ticket system? if you submitted a ticket I would go double check because sometimes they just close it out of nowhere.
It takes me usually about a week
