Incorporate before starting ?

Hey everyone, Im a newbie just started with STM about a week ago and looking to start my first campaign to learn as I go while studying the content instead of just studying the information all the time. I'm going to start with mobile and signed up with Go2Mobi. Should I incorporate before starting to launch campaigns or get a couple launched before ? When I went to apply at some networks it asked for company information which is why I ask also. Thank you everyone for all the help! Everything is finally starting to make sense ever since I joined!

Many people start as individuals, then incorporate later on. I understand that you don't want to invest into all the paper work and incorporate before you see if this is for you or not, but in some cases it's kinda mandatory to incorporate. For example : in case you are in the EU and buy traffic from a network in EU, you will be charged pretty high VAT (around 20%) unless you are a VAT registered company ... so this depends on your location too.

Thanks for the response. Yes im starting to think it will be best to form an LLC. I'm in the US but it seems that it would be easier to form an LLC than to go from sole proprietor or DBA and trying to switch later on down the road. If not, what do you put for company info when applying to networks ?

I'd say just use your name in case you dont have a company yet.
