But anyways, since you are new, it's better to focus on cheaper GEOs than US and western Europe, look at asia or latam - cheaper clicks, lower payouts and easier to convert.
Now back to what you tried already - what LPs did you use, you ripped them from a spytool or?
How many POPs did you buy, at what bid?
How did you choose the offers to promote, how many did you test already ...?
Do you use any tracking, if so what is it?
For anyone to be able to give you some meaningful advice, we need more details about the tests you have run so far.

---- Leadbolt use banners. Direct link hundreds of clicks with no convert offers that iam using here are app install and sweepstakes

---- About the bid i use recommend bid
I tested at least 10 offers

so let's dive a bit deeper
There are several possible reasons for such poor results :
- BOT traffic, did you run any bot check on this traffic? Read this if you haven't : http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...n-Any-Campaign
- LPs - I would recommend to buy access to some spytool and rip a few frequently used LPs. That way, you will at least know that you are using something that is proven.
- these offers, did they have specifis requirements for traffic? For example certain OS, mobile carrier ... etc? Did the traffic that you bought match these requirements?
- bid - do not use default bids. Either start low and increase for more volume or test several bid levels (staggered bids). Recommend bid's are usually recommend to make the traffic network the most money
- problem in the setup - are you sure all works fine? Is the traffic going to where it should? Did you maybe do a test conversion or at have you asked the aff network to test the postback for you?
Let's see if you can identify the problem by going over the points I posted and let me know so we can move further.

Yes some offers have a specific requirements. And yes the traffic that i bought match the requirements
Bid i tested different bids. Low&high bid
Yes i did test my conversation link on my affilaite network and it works fine

Ok, then you either bought BOT traffic, LPs were not good or they didn't work well with the offers.
Another thing that didnt help was the choice of so many GEOs and a lot of offers for each of them. $350 sounds like a lot but divide it by the 6 GEOs and that's less than $60 per GEO. Multiple offers per GEO ... so this decreases the $ spent per offer even more. And you even picked several verticals.
I would suggest that you rethink your strategy and form a new game plan.
1. pick 1-2 GEOs and 1-2 sources MAX. Start with 1 GEO and 1 source, then add more once you are getting conversions and feel confident about what you are doing. I would look at asia or latam. Stick to one traffic type too for now.
2. pick 1 vertical only and get several offers for it. SO either sweeps OR bizop OR dating, not all at once.
3. rip several LPs, again stay in 1 vertical - pick several types of them and make your personal tweaks to them so they are at least a bit different from the rest. Make sure they are mobile optimized.

4. did you read the thread about BOT detection? Set it up.
5. start campaign with limited targeting - for example Android only, or wifi/carrier only - the idea is to be able to test certain segment in more detail and for full 24 hours, without spending too much on it.

Well i have tried to follow your advice o choose a sweepstake offer. And study it. I create 2 LP and split testing it
I have used mobile traffic.
Traffic source leadbolt
I got about 100 clicks and only 3 click from my LP
Is that means that the traffic is bot.
What do u advice me to do

Look at your past data again, you used 3 sources - was there a reason for picking leadbolt to continue with? You used LPs for the two other sources, maybe it would be better to pick one of those 2?
Anyways, you will need to test more Lps and definitely buy more than 100 clicks.
Did you run those 100 clicks through the bot detection LP?

Even i send 1700 click to new offer using popads but no convert (app install)
Idont know what to do anymore my head kee telling me to stop all this.. but my heart keep saying dont cus i love doing this.. if anyone can private msg to help me i will appreciate that
I know it takes time to make money but me not even 2 conversion..
