Ok, this is the newbie question of the day.
How can i identify the offer to search for it in the Affiliate network page.
I´ve been using the "c" parameter,

c=103560, but when i use this to search i cant find anything

Hey Issac. It looks, from the domain (cldmob.co), that the offer is coming from ClickDealer. If you know the name of the offer you can find that directly in clickdealer searching by name.

I'm trying to find a method that works for any offer. It is a bit difficult, I guess with practice will go better.
How do I know that the domain (cldmob.co) is Clickdealer?

There is no standard method that works with any offer, but they are working to simplify that. And yeah cldmob.co is clickdealer. Just try to open the ad with proxy and a useragent so you will know the name of the offer running, and you can simply search for that in clickdealer.

It's receiving a lot of volume up to this day.

Ideally you would want to search for the offer url or the beginning of the offer url. In this case, w.vn-mozzi.biz/vn/. This way you can see if people are running that offer with more success on other networks too.
