since you probably want to test a wide range of offers across several GEOs, it's the best to start with networks that many people on STM use - many of them have reps here on STM. Try to pick from these, all are considered solid, thou I cannot guarantee anything for them obviously : advidi, adsimilis, clickdealer, addiliate, affiliaxe, glispa, maxboutny, mundomedia, peerlfy, appflood, yeahmobi, F5... some for adult : kimia,
