What is the warm up process and how do you get an account? (5)
I recently bought a 'warmed account' its a funny little beast but i'm paying someone for this whilst i learn. I've been involved with some pretty involved and complicated technologies in the past but this process is crazily sensitive
I now access my FB through a VPS that someone also has access to and if i'm successful i'd want to branch out on my own, i just need to learn more about this before going into the wild all alone in the freezing cold
Can anyone point me into the right direction on this journey of learning and self-discovery?
Is your VPS a residential or data center IP?
I'm not able to tell as this is someone elses (a friends) VPS, he sold me a warmed up account
In the future i'd like to manage this process on my own so if anyone can help me understand the end-to-end process, or at least point me in the right direction that would be great
There's a guide around here if you search that covers steps to take for creating Adwords accounts - similar steps needed for FB. As mentioned above, having access via a res IP is important, though kind of basic.
Assuming you're running BH here.. in that case you'll need trial and error with the warming, but basically everything you need to do should look overtly natural. As for ramping spend, how long to warm, etc, you'll need to test. Or find a mastermind that wants info you already have. Or hire FBQueen or another consultant in the area.. or keep using the paid accounts. Unfortunately this kind of info isn't usually discussed super openly because the more it's out there, the more people do it, the more FB will find ways to shut it down (patterns to detect, etc).

Thanks. The irony is that i actually have a whitelisted ad account on both adwords and FB, but it seems the aggressive marketing of these BH doesn't go down too well. Although ultimately i want to take those same tactics and adopt them in more sustainable ways
