How to stop unwanted traffic from Propellerads?

Hi

I ran some campaigns with Propellerads as a test taking advantage of the deposit offer posted here.

Two of these campaigns continue sending me traffic even thought they have been paused and the zoneid blocked (123). Even tried replacing the campaign url with google, which of course sent them into review and they were rejected.

Despite all this I'm getting a considerable amount of traffic which it going straight to my Voluum account.

Does anyone know if there is another way to stop this traffic please?

Btw, I've had a support ticket running at Propellerads for over a week, with basically the same answer everyday, "our tech is working on it and you will not be charged for this traffic".

regards

Andrew

It's likely 1 IP sending all the traffic, can't you block it from dashboard? Propeller not have that option?

Yes, the IP is 185.49.145.221

unfortunately they don't seem to have IP blocking

Ok, looks like I can do this via Voluum using the Bot Blacklist!

PropellerAds traffic is horrible. Low quality and lots of click loss. Try ZeroPark and popads

It could be one guy attacking your campaign just to be an ass / muscle you away from his traffic. Worst case just point your campaign domain elsewhere via DNS then it won't hit your Voluum account.

I wonder if I know correctly but using Bot Blacklist in Voluum won't stop receiving that traffic.
What it does is to just remove bot traffic from Voluum report and you are still buying the traffic from PropellerAds.
To stop receiving the traffic you should do something(blacklist, etc) via PropellerAds.

I wasn't buying this traffic as it was already blacklisted at Propellerads, plus the campaigns had been paused for some time. Voluum bot blacklist has worked because I'm no longer being charged for events which was my main concern.

Anyway thanks for all the replies!
