What link are you pasting in?

Usually the culprit here is the link or a destination of that link being blacklisted/flagged by Facebook.

Tip: check links through https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ before throwing potentially dangerous links in your ad manager/power editor.

Like what you mentioned on the guide on how to direct link app installs. After facebook approved i direct link it.

Do you have redirection rules in place in Voluum to prevent FB bots going to your affiliate link? I imagine this s the cause (not having this == you will send automated systems to blacklisted and non-functional pages).
