A Newbie with 18M Leads, 9 Geos. (6)

Hi and greetings smart beautiful people on the best of best forum on the entire internet, this is Artyom, a newbie to email as traffic source, at this moment I have around 18,010,000 Leads from USA, AUS, CA, UK, BRAZIL, IRAN (yes IRAN), MX, IT, LATAM, ETC.
I bought them from a group of marketers (nutra and gambling) and something like tele-marketers, I spent money and time on them and I want to convert this operation in something really profitable.
I want to ask to the pros on here what is the best way for make those emails on gold? (Help me "/)

PS: I think those emails never see Binary offers (80% Sure). I know every legal spam-act I don't want be a spammer.

The first question to ask would be: How were these leads collected in the first place?

Hopefully the answer will also provide insight to the question: What are these people interested in?

If you don't want to be a spammer, then that will also warrant the question: What did these subscribers agree to when they signed up? Are they expecting to receive email newsletters on a regular basis? If so what type?

Let's start with these - and then talk further.

Thanks for your reply Amy, these people have a mix of interest between nutra and gambling, all of them are expecting to receive a newsletter from at least casino offers, I want to send binary offers with the unsubscribe buttom, but I don't know which service on internet can allow me send at least 2Million of emails.

Let me try to be diplomatic, these are not 18M opted in subscribers providing a brand you own with explicit permission to email them on a specific topic.

As such under most geos and ESPs these will be considered a spam list.

You won't last 5 minutes on a mainstream ESP provider, and those that do allow your sends will have 99.9% of your email blocked by the ISPs.

If you got the balls and want to utilize it anyways, you will have to find a "bullet proof" hosting/mailing provider and send them a new "optin invitation" email that would a) give you an option to categorize and b) turn them into legit subscribers (kinda).

You're walking on very thin ice here (the thickness depends on the GEO) so proceed with caution

I think some o them are generate with software 90%, is a worst case scenario, I was cheking them only with my eyes and I'm clinical depressed right now.

Tonight is called: a newbie issue to learn experience.
