Hello everyone. I'm an affiliate newbie. I'm calling this this a follow-along but this first post will be some background and questions. As these are solved, I will get more into a follow along post.
I have a lot of questions in launching my first campaign. I'm guessing other newbies have similar questions so I hope this helps. I really appreciate any help or guidance.

Payout: $3.65 per conversion (triggered when someone clicks on link, fills out name/phone number/and email address.
This obviously a small payout but I'm really just looking to learn on this one. If I can scale it and make money, even better. I'm grateful for the opportunity to join the A4D network as a newbie.
My target audience here are people with bad credit who can't get approved for a mortgage. I'm also looking at targeting younger renters who cannot afford a traditional down payment on a home.
My frustration so far has been setting up my links.

I first set up my Ad Network (A4D) and added my Traffic Source (Facebook). The Charles Ngo link above makes this easy.
Next step, setting up My Offer. This is where things got a little trickier.
I'm told that the Cake Network (A4D and a number of the other networks use this) does not want the click id in S1. Thus I modified my link to read:
http://freshtrx.com/?a=480272&c=94454&s1={campaign.id}&s2={clickid}
This then generated my Postback URL. I pasted this into my A4D portal. I modified it to read:
http://39orl.voluumtrk2.com/postback?cid=#s2#
Going back to Voluum, I set up my campaign.
Name: Facebook- United States - Rent Own Home Listings FB
Campaign URL: Blank (this generates itself)
Traffic Source: Facebook
Country: United States
Cost Model: Left at Do Not Track at this point
Redirect Mode: 302
Destination: Path
Click Direct Linking
Offer: Select the Offer I set up previously
Click Save. Campaign URL is generated and highlights in green (http://39orl.voluumtrk.com/0c355fae-3d2b-4588-ab21-05e11919b962?age={age}&sex={sex}). I copy this as it is my understanding that this the link I use in my Facebook ADS.
Here is where my issue has began.
When I go on the A4D portal, in the Testing and Tracking Tab, there is an area for a Test Link. I used the link that was generated and highlighted in green (http://39orl.voluumtrk.com/0c355fae-3d2b-4588-ab21-05e11919b962?age={age}&sex={sex}). When I test, it shows a Click. But even when clicking through and filling out the forms, it shows No Conversion.
I set up a test Facebook Ad using this link and ran some traffic to it. I received "46 Visits", 0 Clicks, and 0 conversions. I ran a small amount of traffic so this is not a great sample size. However, it doesn't seem right that even when I manually go to the link and fill out the forms I do not trigger a conversion.
Is my link set up improperly?
I've asked a lot here already. Once I figure out the issue with my links I will post regarding my experience and struggles so far with Facebook.
