Hey Guys!
I am currently in the process of researching about how to open my own AM business here in California. I want to know how you guys do it, doing it as a LLC, DBA, s-corp?
The main reason is to get a business account to separate things, as well as get the AMEX Gold card.
From what I read starting up an LLC or doing a sole proprietorship via DBA (Doing Business As) are my two main options. I've researched online but still cannot decide which one would make more sense for this. I would be running it as an individual with no employees to begin, but am planning on having an employee or two in the future.
