Definitely needs work ...
Some immediate points:
1. Drop Kelbry from name and URL.
2. Get rid of statements on landing page like we are a family owned company, we are an investment company, we build communities, etc. If someone is looking for your services, they don't care about any of this.
3. Your ads are quite weak. Study players like webuyanycar which IPOed for almost $2 billion after less than 10 years of operation.
Build trust factors into your lander too.
Consider searching through Adwords ads for other companies doing this type of lead gen and learn from their pages, ad copy and approach.
Have you attended AWE by any chance? Dr. Drew Whitman (author of cashvertising) had an amazing speech on how to make better ad copy and he used examples similar to yours.

I did a quick mock up for you. This is how I would structure the ad if I was running it on Facebook.

Couple more tips:
1. Targeting is key here, figure out what kind of people are in need of selling their homes fast. My guess is desperate people so target things like pawn shops, bad credit sites, etc.
2. Localise your landing page. Call out the region using javascript or
3. Add more urgency - Make them feel like the deal could get pulled at any time.
