Native Super Mastermind: Must Be Ready to Run (13)
I'm looking to put together a high level mastermind where the group can collaborate with full transparency to reach the initial goal of $1,000 in daily profits as a group. You can run your own campaigns on the side and don't need to disclose everything but we will all benefit from sharing general intel. New goals to be determined by the group once we reach the initial goal.
Everyone brings something unique to the table. You may already be running native with industry knowledge, but lack the technical aspect of creating landers. The technical person may not be as creative as you are. You may have the creativity but lack the bankroll to test at higher levels. Some of you may have years of experience in AM and want to take a leap into this new traffic source. Maybe you are a highly motivated and positive individual. By combining smart minds towards a common goal, we as a group will learn & benefit exponentially.
I've been a full time AM for about 10 years. I started in paid advertising with an initial $400 investment running offers for CJ waiting until the 15th of the following month to re-cycle money. After reaching some initial benchmarks, I moved over to SEO where I became one of the top affiliate in several verticals as a solo operator. As a result of a mastermind, I decided to hire 3 PT writers and a VP of operations to handle the everyday tasks which resulted in 3x more profitability and a 4 hour workweek (and no i have not read the book).
Fast Forward >> I decided to get back in the game about a year ago and have been running pop/redirect sweep & app installs. The grind of managing 100 camps and hyper optimizing to squeeze out profits is draining to say the least. I would much rather manage a handful of Native Campaigns with a larger upside potential which brings me to the creation of a mastermind.
Format
- Total of 5 Active Affiliates
- Additional Advisor Level Spots: Aff. Acct Manager, TS AM, Vertical experts, People with a Rolodex, anyone that wants to give back "nudge," & other resources that can add value are welcome. In the end, everyone wins.
- Group Intel Library - Slack
- TBD - We could all come up with x Angles, x Landing pages that we all run on a different TS. The other option would be to run on the same TS and each person test an angle/lander combo. We could each run all Angle/Lander combos but target specific segments. All of this is up for discussion and will be determined by the group.
- TBD - Which vertical to run first.
- Specific Rules to be setup by the group: Activity requirements, expectations, etc.
- Hell maybe we can even challenge another mastermind to reach certain metrics?
Requirements
- You must be currently running camps in any vertical on any type of traffic
- Must be familiar with Tracking and comfortable setting up campaigns at will
- You need to have a budget of $100 to $200 to spend daily. That means $500-$1,000 as a group to gather data.
- Must commit to daily interaction through a skype group or slack (this doesn't mean you have to be on all the time).
- Be available for a weekly call - Time TBD but most likely evening US time.
Everyone has something that makes them special. If you are the type of person that believes in giving before receiving, this may be the home you are looking for. I tried almost everything but native, so it's about time to give it a go too and based on the plan you laid out, I'd say this could be a group I would want to be a part of 
The weekly call could be a problem tho since Im in EU timezone. I'm online a lot during the day and familiar with slack so communication isn't a problem.
