My First Campaign Mobile Pops
Hello, Hope you all fine today.
Today my first campaign launch. Actually a few minutes ago.
After i read Caurmen post here What's Working In 2016? Traffic Sources And Verticals EXPOSED I decide to choose mobile marketing with pops traffic source.
Before I got here, I leave my job in digital agency 3 months ago and decide to focus in CPA marketing with money in the bank about $1500.
I know, after read caurmen post for initial budget we must have at least $3000 and I just have $1500. But, Let see what I can do with a half recomended initial budget. How I can say, I don't have money again. So, I just can start this with tight budget.
I need 3 months subscription in STM Forum for learning about affiliate marketing. And today i just launch my first campaign.
Here detail of my campaign:
Affiliate Network: PeerFly
Offer: Groceries voucher (SOI) Mobile optimized
Geo: ZA
Payout: 0,20
Traffic source: Popads.net
Tracking: Adsbridge
We know I just have budget about $1500, reduce for STM Subscription and buy asbridge tracking, so now I just have about $450 for testing in traffic source. Previosly i sign up to Zeropark, but they refuse me and they suggest me to sign up to other traffic network. So, i choose popads.
I choose Adsbridge because they have LP creator that can host in their server. So i did'nt need VPS server for starting my campaign and can saving my money.
Back to my campaign, I make simple angle, realy realy simple. Just explain offer and the benefit. I just copy guides from caurmen here Three Ways To Great Angles - Using Method Acting
and then I make simple lander. Again, I just copy guides from caurmen here How To Build a Simple Mobile Lander That Actually Works Realy realy same, I just change image and headline, and the css button too.
After 3 day or more i learn how to set up campaign in adsbridge, now i think i ready to bring this campaign to traffic source. By the way thanks to adsbridge support and Alexom too for helping me yesterday. Although i must waiting 2 days for reply. You can read my newbie question about tracking here Newbie Question
Here detail of traffic source targeting:
Adv. Tipe: Popup (i don't know which the best in action about popup and popunder, maybe you can tell me abt your experience)
RON (all website, exclude adult)
Non Adblock only visitor
max bid: 0.008925
country: ZA
Language: English ZA, English, English (US), English (UK) ( i read in wikipedia that ZA have some kinds of english)
Population: All
OS: Android
Browser: All
Screen res: All
Device: All Smartphone
Connection types: All
Connection speeds: All
Time Targeting: No time targeting now
Summary Traffic Estimator:
Average bid 0.008525
Highest effective 0.044000
Max bid offered0.045881
Your position in bidding queue is 14
We estimate you'll receive 5000 impression(s) per day
How the next?
I think i must waiting untill have enough data from traffic source and I will update again my story here.
See you.

Hello, Ekokurniady!
Hope you’re doing well and working hard!
This is a great journal. I want to give you feedback and clarify some of your doubts.
From my experience, popunders have higher volumes and bigger chances to generate high revenues than popup advertisements. In the future, it might be an interesting type of campaign/traffic for you to test which means you should get some more info about it.
As you've mentioned, you've only created a landing page. It’s good to test different LPs (2/3 samples), later optimizing until you get the best performing format/design. This is super important because - in mainstream - there's a higher level of customization required due to the specificity of the offers.
Following this previous idea, it’s also very important that you don’t focus only in one offer. Instead, test more offers and new landers. In some cases, you might have very good LPs while having a low-performing campaign because of the offer. This shows the importance of the offer itself and why you should perform some tests.
The bid is another crucial factor for your campaign to earn sweet cash. With that bid, you’ll be in the 14th position on the segment, which probably means you won’t get the best available traffic. In this situation, you've got to balance your budget and the ROI that the top positions may bring you.
It’s usually preferable to start with a higher bid so as to gather the best traffic and then optimize from there. Even so - considering your budget limitations - it's a good strategy to start this "race" slowly. You're approaching this experience as a marathon. It's a lenghty process that will yield the best results. It's not a sprint where you want to spend all your money in some days!
Considering your last feedback: in order to get more volume and get more valuable data, I suggest you raise your bid. You've received 500 impressions in 24h for a large GEO such as ZA. My advice? Test a higher bid and check performance/optimize afterwards.
Then, share your results with us
Hope I've been able to help!
Cheers!

Wow wow wow... I get fantastic advice here.
Thank you some much Mobidea.
From my experience, popunders have higher volumes and bigger chances to generate high revenues than popup advertisements. In the future, it might be an interesting type of campaign/traffic for you to test which means you should get some more info about it.
Yes, I will research and try both of them and get more info which type is the best.
As you've mentioned, you've only created a landing page. It’s good to test different LPs (2/3 samples), later optimizing until you get the best performing format/design. This is super important because - in mainstream - there's a higher level of customization required due to the specificity of the offers.
Sorry.. I forget. I split test 3 LP (all LP creative is same) just have different in headline. But i will optimizing again until get the best performing as your advice above.
Here report about my LP (but I think I do not have a lot of data yet, i will test again until get significance data):
LP1
visit: 183 | click: 5 | conversion: 1 | CTR: 2.73% | visit2conversion: 0.5464% | click2conversion: 20.0000% | EPV: 0.0011 | EPC: 0.0400
LP2:
visit: 178 | click: 4 | conversion: 1 | CTR: 2.25% | visit2conversion: 0.5618% | click2conversion: 25.0000% | EPV: 0.0011 | EPC: 0.0500
LP3:
visit: 178 | click: 4 | conversion: 0 | CTR: 2.25% | visit2conversion: 0.0000% | click2conversion: 0.0000% | EPV: 0 | EPC: 0
Following this previous idea, it’s also very important that you don’t focus only in one offer. Instead, test more offers and new landers. In some cases, you might have very good LPs while having a low-performing campaign because of the offer. This shows the importance of the offer itself and why you should perform some tests.
My problem now is i only can sign up to 1 affiliate network.
I have try to sign up to other network, but i get refuse from them.
my network only have little offer with payout under $1 non US. (I read from caurmen post if offer with high payout need big budget too for test, and US offer is more harder to make profitable for newbie, so i prefer to choose offer with low payout non US based)
Next, i will try to sign up to other network again until they receive me.

So i can try more offer in my campaign.
Yes, I think so.
Thanks you for this advice.
Considering your last feedback: in order to get more volume and get more valuable data, I suggest you raise your bid. You've received 500 impressions in 24h for a large GEO such as ZA. My advice? Test a higher bid and check performance/optimize afterwards.
Yes, I will try to increase my bid. And update again my journal when get new result.
By the way, Thanks. Your share very precious for me. I can learning from that.

Hi ekokurniady! Nice beginning of a follow-along!
I like to be positive, and hate to say anything discouraging. But your budget is too small.
When you don't have enough money, you will let emotions make decisions. This will not be good for your campaigns. (Trust me - I know what I'm talking about...I've been in the same situation.)
I would strongly recommend that you find a way to make some money. Either get a job (even if just a part-time job) or freelancing work online.
Next - some suggestions on your campaign:
1)As
Mobidea has kindly pointed out: In your next camp, test more landing pages, and test more offers. Launching campaigns is like catching fish with a fishing net - the bigger the net you cast, the better your chances are.
Also, it's good to see what landers other people are running, and run the same landers. Lots of people are running the same landers - so they must convert! Making your own landers (like what you did) is GREAT! But you never know how your landers will convert. If you use other people's landers, that you see a LOT, then you can have more confidence that they will convert.
Usually I would recommend using Adplexity to download landers, but since you probably don't have a subscription, you can download landers manually from various sites that have pop ads. For example, go to torrent sites and click around and you'll see some. But you may have to spend a long time to find enough sweeps landers.
Here are some sites that have pop ads (it's an old list - but some of the sites should still have ads):
https://www.dropbox.com/s/6979j21779...ying.xlsx?dl=0
Or, you can download my landers - I think I have some voucher landers in there too (or you can take for example iphone landers, and just change them to promote grocery vouchers).
http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...stakes-Landers
2)ZA is an expensive geo. Next time, try to pick geos with cheaper traffic (which usually also means there's less competition). Many geos in Asia, Latin America, and Africa have cheap traffic and less competition.
3)
The offer you're testing looks VERY promising! Only 13 clicks to the offer and you got 2 conversions!
What you need to do right now: Test more landers! The landers you're testing now has low CTR (2.x%). Although CTR is not as important as CR, when you have a very low CTR it will be difficult to get a high ROI.
4)There are lots of newbie-friendly affiliate networks around! Try Adsimilis, Clickdealer, Appflood, Affiliaxe.
(Disclaimer: STM does not endorse any affiliate network. Please join at your own discretion.)
Other than that - you're doing well! Keep up the good work!

Hello Amy, thanks for your sharing here.
I would strongly recommend that you find a way to make some money. Either get a job (even if just a part-time job) or freelancing work online.
Yes, I think so. I will try to get additional budget for my campaign soon. whether it be from a job or borrow someone.
Also, it's good to see what landers other people are running, and run the same landers. Lots of people are running the same landers - so they must convert! Making your own landers (like what you did) is GREAT! But you never know how your landers will convert. For example, go to torrent sites and click around and you'll see some. But you may have to spend a long time to find enough sweeps landers.
Yesterday I use boxofads for spaying traffic source network, ads, and landers. They have 3 day subsription with $1. So i can saving my money.
2)ZA is an expensive geo. Next time, try to pick geos with cheaper traffic (which usually also means there's less competition). Many geos in Asia, Latin America, and Africa have cheap traffic and less competition.
Wow, I didnt know if ZA is expensive Geo. I will try other geo base your advice
Thank you very much for site list for manual spaying and thanks too for free landers. It very useful for me. And thanks for all of your sharing.

Update 02/09/2016
I just launch new campaign, but this campaign not for split testing, I use this campaign as experiment for knowing better about my tracking software Adsbridge. You know, sometimes I still confused when using some of feature in Adsbridge. You can look at the screenshot below. You see..? In second line I still wrong when set up my campaign, so you can see that my profit value and ROI value didn't appear correctly, unlike the first line.

So, in this last campaign i know that there is different data base on traffic source report and tracking adsbridge report.
Base on traffic source report:
Impres: 500
Cost: $2,56 --> I set up my budget for this campaign is $2,5 and i get bonus $0.1 here, but that is actually not bonus.
Base on adsbridge report:
Impres: 447 --> I know now if I lost about 53 impresions [500-447 =53]
COst: 2.3056 --> actually i set budget in traffic source $2,5 and then they give me $0,1 as bonus, but in adsbridge just counted $2,3056 [$2,5 - $2,3056 = 0.1944]
So, actually i didn't get bonus, but i lost my money about $0,1944 and 53 impresions. I don't know why this is can happen. there is small different about traffic source data and adsbridge data.
Continue...
Click: 13
CTR: 2.91%
Conversion: 1
EPV: 0.0004
EPC: 0.0154
Profit: -2.1056
ROI: -91.33%
I still use 3 LP for this campaign, but i must change ads text there.
Previosly I submit my LP to network and get approve.
here structure of my previous LP:
Free R2000 groceries voucher
image
Limitted offer
Just 2 voucher left
CTA button
But when campaign launching, my Network Compliance Manager sent email to me and told me to delete ads text (Limited offer, Just 2 voucher left) in my LP and make a some changes like add "*" character after free and add "*details apply" in above CTA button.
So after changes, below structure of my LP
Free* R2000 groceries voucher
image
CTA button
*details apply
after changes there is increase CTR, but my EPC get reduction.
Now, I know how to use tracking software quite good and I will start again to optimizing my campaing.

In second line I still wrong when set up my campaign, so you can see that my profit value and ROI value didn't appear correctly, unlike the first line.
I'm pretty sure this is because of the postback link you paste to the affiliate network.
Can you show me the postback link you pasted into your aff network? And also please tell me which network it is. I don't use
Adsbridge, but will try to figure it out.
Base on
Adsbridge report:
Impres: 447 --> I know now if I lost about 53 impresions [500-447 =53]
COst: 2.3056 --> actually i set budget in traffic source $2,5 and then they give me $0,1 as bonus, but in adsbridge just counted $2,3056 [$2,5 - $2,3056 = 0.1944]
You'll always find different values on your aff network vs. your tracker vs. your traffic source.
The differences in impressions/clicks is called "clickloss". Up to around 20% is normal.
The cost: Sometimes when traffic is coming fast, you will spend more than the amount you set the budget to.
Previosly I submit my LP to network and get approve.
You need to start ripping and testing popular landers other people are using - when so many people are using these landers, you can be confident that at least some of them will convert.
You also need to test more offers at the same time - for example, a few offers for grocery coupons for the same geo. Ask your AMs for offers that are converting for other affiliates. You need at least one offer that converts, because you need conversions to test and cut landers.
When you have a winner lander, you can use that to test EVERY offer you can find (for grocery coupons for that geo).
This approach I described, is a LOT better than choosing ONE random offer and making your own lander. When you do this, and when your campaign isn't profitable, you'd have NO IDEA if it's the offer that sucks, or if it's your lander that sucks.
By the way: What happened with the offer where you got 2 conversions from 13 clicks? It looked really promising! You should definitely rip and test more landers for that offer.

Sorry, i stop post for a few day because my STM subscription was end and i still confuse to using remain budget for campaign testing or get STM subscription for this month. Because still many thing I should learn in STM, so i decide to extend my STM subscription. Especially because i want to read AMY thread in her signature about Mobile Pop Campaign Optimization
Btw thanks to AMY for helping me. But, if you know thread about step by step to running mobile pops campaign and you can tell me here, it will very very helping me to start mobile pop campaign and optimizing in right way. Because at the first of my carrer in affiliate marketing here I interesting to mastering mobile marketing with pops traffic source.
Can you show me the postback link you pasted into your aff network? And also please tell me which network it is. I don't use

As far as i know, i have fix this issue. But here about my set up.

I don't know, but now I very confuse and don't understand until where i am now. Still with same offer, After launch 2 campaign above, i make a few campaign again with 7 landers. And I think i must start analyzing placement. I have read your thread
How to Cut Placements, Landers and Banners - Part 2 and try lusing tools inside, but that tools use CPM and in popads i just have data about bidding/cost of 1 view traffic like this screenshot. And all my test LP still receive less then 2000 impresion till now, can i optimizing now? or i should continue test untill LP get enough data? how many data is enough for start optimizing?
And thanks again for help.

Welcome back Eko! Thanks for your confidence in me. I don't think we have a step-by-step guide for running mobile pop (maybe I will write one soon), but I will try my best to give you suggestions every step of the way.
Have you started looking for a job to get more money for running campaigns? That would make everything a lot easier.

The first link above, is not a postback - it's your campaign link.
The second one is the postback link - and it looks correct!
If it doesn't work, you can follow this guide:
http://www.lukepeerfly.com/adsbridge-review
However, because you're seeing conversions in your tracker, I'm assuming everything is working fine.
You don't have enough data to cut placements yet. (For your information: CPM is just CPV * 1000, so if your cost per view is 0.002, then your CPM would be 0.002 x 1000 = 2.) Also, when you're testing offers and landers, you need more traffic to test faster. So try not to cut, except the very bad placements that are spending lots of money and not giving conversions.
I've looked at your stats. This is what I would suggest: Cut landers until you have a winner, then use that winning lander to test ALL the ZA groceries voucher you can find.
So - 1st step is cut landers. This is the method for cutting landers:
http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...Banners-Part-1
Basically, when you rotate all landers evenly, they will have approximately the same number of impressions. So what you need to do, is take the lander that has the MOST conversions, and compare EACH of the other landers to that one. When you see a "probability of being best" of >90% for the winning lander, you can cut the losing lander. (Actually, a more accurate way, is to wait until you see >95%, or even =100%. Your choice. But please don't cut until at least >90%.)
For example, this is the result when I compare your LP4 (with the most conversions) to LP6:
Your LP6 is JUST ready for cutting (90%/10%). If you want to be more accurate you can wait and collect more stats.
Since LP6 with 3 conversions is ready for cutting, you know that all landers with conversions equal to or less than 3, are ready for cutting as well. This means LP2, LP5, LP6, and LP7 are all ready to be cut.
After you cut these landers, you can continue to run traffic, and compare the remaining landers regularly and cut them when they are ready.
When you only have 1 lander left, it will be time to test every offer you can find for ZA grocery vouchers!
If you go to
Offervault.com, and search for "ZA grocery voucher", you will see these offers:
So you can sign up to those affiliate networks and test those offers using your best lander.
However - to tell you the truth - if I were you, I would test another geo, or another type of offer. There are not enough offers for ZA grocery vouchers. And ZA traffic is expensive, and offer payouts are too low (0.04, 0.05, the highest is 0.20). However, I feel that this campaign is very good practice for you, and you are getting conversions so you can learn to cut landers etc. But it is your choice whatever you choose - to keep running this campaign, or to choose another geo and type of offer.
Also - could you please do something for me? Go to your tracker, and drill down into stats: Offer -> Lander -> OS. Please show me every offer+lander+OS combination. I want to see if ANY combination is green. Then I will have a better idea if this camp has a chance of being profitable.
You can upload images to image hosting sites like imgur.com, then get the BBCode link from there, and paste it in your post. This way the images will look big and clear. Attaching images directly to this forum is a lot of trouble and they look small. Not good.
You are doing very well! If you want to change geo and offer type, make a list of the ones you're interested in, and I'll help you choose. Ideally, you want to choose low-competition geos with many low payout offers. Many geos in Asia, Latin America, and Africa are a good match.
Keep up the good work!
Amy

Update 16/09/2016
Hello Amy, hope you fine today.
I already read your post above a few day ago, and after read i do something that you suggest to me and here i will reporting to you again.
Have you started looking for a job to get more money for running campaigns? That would make everything a lot easier.
No, i did'nt looking for a job. I just make bussines proposal about my campaign to my parents, and ask they to funding my campaign. And.. You know what, i get their approve, and next month i get some fresh budget for funding my campaign with provision this is real bussines connection. So I must reporting to them about my campaign progres and i must pay debt and divide campaign profit with them too. BUt, i have tell to them, in bussines we can fail or succes, and thank God they can understand me.
The first link above, is not a postback - it's your campaign link.
Hahaha, sorry. I think i must learning again about tracking.
So, when i can start cutting placement? Can i know the rules? As how many impression, or how many day, or how many click (i.e)?
I play with your spreadshet and modification on that for get adaption with my campaign in pop ads which use bid CPV. Screenshot below.
I use this formula:
=IF((IF(C10=B10,1,((C10+1)*IF(C10=B10,0,FINV((1-$B$5)/2,(2*(C10+1)),(2*(B10-C10)))))/((((C10+1)*IF(C10=B10,0,FINV((1-$B$5)/2,(2*(C10+1)),(2*(B10-C10))))))+(B10-C10))))<(($B$7+1)*A10*1000/($B$6*1000)),"KILL!",(IF(AND((IF(C10=0,0,C10/(C10+(1+B10-C10)*FINV((1-$B$5)/2,2*(1+B10-C10),2*C10))))>(($B$7+1)*A10*1000/($B$6*1000)),C10>1),"WHITELIST!","KEEP RUNNING")))
I just multiply CPV with 1000 before divide payout*1000
and in your spreadshet is
If you do not mind, Do you can tell me if there is wrong in my formula.
I've looked at your stats. This is what I would suggest: Cut landers until you have a winner, then use that winning lander to test ALL the ZA groceries voucher you can find.
A few day ago i collecting more data for make sure and start cuting my landers, and you can see below about my work.
LP stats
LP1 vs LP2 vs LP3 vs LP4

LP4 WIN
LP5 vs LP6 vs Lp7

LP6 WIN
LP4 vs LP7

LP4 WIN
LP1 vs LP4
LP2 vs LP4
LP3 vs LP4
LP5 vs LP4
LP7 vs LP4
For make sure again, I let LP1, LP4, LP6 running. And after that, i cut again remaining LP with Bayesian calculator.

LP4 WIN.
And now, i start doing multiple biding in my campaign with LP4 for get best ROI.
Do you have suggestion for me for What i must do in next step? I will apreciate for your suggestion.
Also - could you please do something for me? Go to your tracker, and drill down into stats: Offer -> Lander -> OS. Please show me every offer+lander+OS combination. I want to see if ANY combination is green. Then I will have a better idea if this camp has a chance of being profitable.
I still don't get what you mean above. Can you tell me in simple explanation please. Or maybe you mean i must show you OS report of my campaign here? Is right? But, from the first i run this campaign, i just targeting android user (smartphone), and i don't targeting iOS here. Because, I think with more small scope (targeting 1 OS), i will more easy to work. Any idea for me? Or i should start running multiple OS for my campaign now?
You can upload images to image hosting sites like imgur.com, then get the BBCode link from there, and paste it in your post. This way the images will look big and clear. Attaching images directly to this forum is a lot of trouble and they look small. Not good.
Yes, I have did it. Thank you for suggestion.
You are doing very well! If you want to change geo and offer type, make a list of the ones you're interested in, and I'll help you choose. Ideally, you want to choose low-competition geos with many low payout offers. Many geos in Asia, Latin America, and Africa are a good match.
I think i will stick with this offer till i get some perception about mobile marketing with popads. No matter i can't get profit there, but if i can learning step by step with this offer, is quite feasible for me. And I hope you still want to teach me here.
But, while i running that offer, I do your suggestion too. I will start other offer and if you don't mind, can i get help from you to choose here?
I just can find this offer in my aff network which i have join.

I already sign up to several affiliate network, and just peerfly and
Mobidea approve my application. I looking for affiliate network that have Paypal payment method and have Minimum Payment less then or equal $100 and have many mobile offer, because I am non US people and paypal method will make easier for me to get pay and with low minimum payout will make my cashflow stay fresh. This is very very help me, who newbie with tight budget.
Finnaly, if you don't mind, can I have your SKYPE or active email AMY?
Don't worry, i will not contact you directly with video call, because my english still bad when speaking, and i still hard to understand when listening people speak english. But for writing, i can do good enough, of course with help from google translate.
Maybe next day, if my STM supscription end and i don't have money for extend and i face with some problem and i have no idea for solving that and i can contact you.
Thanks.

It's very nice to be getting funding from parents! I just hope it's not their retirement funds, because affiliate marketing is probably one of the most high-risk businesses there is. As long as they're fine with the possibility of losing that money, and nobody will starve if that happens, then all is well.
So, when i can start cutting placement? Can i know the rules? As how many impression, or how many day, or how many click (i.e)?
There are no rules. Everybody's optimization approach is different.
The calculator spreadsheet you're using is great - it's very accurate. However, because it's accurate, it requires a lot of data to cut a placement, which means more money needs to be spent.
A better tool to use would be this one:
http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...t-Cutting-Tool
Using rules of thumb will allow you to cut faster. Downside is that it will be less accurate. But if you're testing hundreds/thousands of small placements, being accurate isn't as important.
Also, remember that how good a placement is, will often depend on how good your offer and lander are, and also what your targeting options are (e.g. what OSs or carriers you're targeting). Therefore, it would be good to avoid cutting placements UNTIL you have a good offer+lander, and have already cut down to the best targeting. Also, when you're testing offers and landers, you'll want to have enough traffic to test faster, so that's another good reason to avoid cutting placements.
However, if you're targeting a geo with lots of traffic, and/or a geo/ts that has lots of junk placements, then you may want to cut aggressively from the beginning, even when you don't have a good offer+lander yet. For example, you can cut placements that are in loss by 2x the payout. If you do that, remember to retest all the cut placements after you have a green camp, when you're running your best offer+lander - because probably some of those placements will be profitable.
If you do not mind, Do you can tell me if there is wrong in my formula.
Looks correct!
A few day ago i collecting more data for make sure and start cuting my landers, and you can see below about my work.
Fantastic! Now you have a good lander! Next: Test every offer you can find for that offer type and geo.

Any idea for me? Or i should start running multiple OS for my campaign now?
Ah OK! So you're only running one offer, one OS, and now you've cut down to one winning lander. Then I don't need to see drilled down stats.
Next time, feel free to target all OSs in the beginning. You can always cut OSs that don't convert well enough.
Yes, I have did it. Thank you for suggestion.
Great! All the images look nice and big now! No more clicking to display them in new tabs.

Thanks!

Of course! Very nice of you to realize that learning is the more important goal right now for you.
But, while i running that offer, I do your suggestion too. I will start other offer and if you don't mind, can i get help from you to choose here?
Absolutely you can start testing other offers!
I just can find this offer in my aff network which i have join.

Sweeps sounds good! Lots of offers, and vertical is still hot as far as I can tell.
Signing up to more aff networks sounds great as well! Receiving payment by paypal will cost you money - I'm assuming you can't accept direct deposits / bank wires? I don't remember which aff network will do paypal payments, or what their minimum payment thresholds are, but some newbie-friendly networks you can try are: Adsimilis, Clickdealer, Appflood, Affiliaxe.
(Disclaimer: STM does not endorse any aff networks. Please join at your discretion.)
As for geos, I would recommend staying away from tier 1 geos for now because they can be very competitive - when you have some experience on how to optimize camps you can try those. I would suggest trying VN, MY, KE, SG, and GH first.
Finnaly, if you don't mind, can I have your SKYPE or active email AMY?

I'm always flattered when I get this kind of request, but please understand that I receive this request often, and that I'm already overworked as I am. To be honest, by starting this follow-along, you're getting a lot more attention from me, compared to if you were asking me on skype or email. I'm almost ashamed to admit that I haven't checked email in a long time - got over 7k emails I have to go through when I can find some time. As for skype, I have messages dating back to last month that I still haven't responded to...
Moreover, there are many people on this forum with more experience than I do (too many!) By asking questions in this follow-along and by starting other threads to ask questions, you can get feedback by multiple experts and not just me.
I'm very eager for you to succeed as well, and will offer whatever advice I could.
