Hi folks,
How long does a landing page last? For example:
- Search ads and FB mobile ads (today): can last indefinitely
- Display banners and old FB web ads (left rail, before): need to be constantly refreshed
My sense is that pop landing pages should be constantly refreshed
- Specially for AV, as banner blindness sets in
- That said, spy tool shows that the same landing page has been running in multiple countries for a while
Would like to see how often these creatives need to be updated. Thanks!

Landing pages usually have longer life span compared to banners, banner can die within a day in extreme cases but some of my LPs are running for like a year or more straight.
According to my experience, aggressive LPs will die faster than conservative ones that sell something valuable - the more you push the limit and the more you count on factors like "scarcity, fear, danger ..." the sooner the LPs can die and need to be refreshed. I'd like to hear from other members whether they see the same or not.
just a tip: when I have my campaign optimized, I usually set my cap very high (sometimes 1 view per week) and it really helps avoiding burnout
not sure i've seen a pop channel that lets you do 1/week. max is 1/day. are you referring to another traffic type?
