I suggest you try Smaato, Pocketmath, or Bucksense.
In the latter, you can promote banner/video/native ads. The best results we’ve got? Try banners 320x50 and 320x480.
Bucksense has very extensive targeting and statistics options. This makes it possible for you to easily pick very granular segments for your campaigns or start from the general campaign and then cut all the bad segments.
