I'm in the process of creating my own mobile offers and am interested in hearing what has been the most successful offer you have run (mobile or other).

It's hard to say which one was the best one, because what does BEST mean? In terms of ROI, value to the user, "longevity" ... 
The offer I enjoyed promoting the most was the Battery Saver and then the Speed Booster from DU - I'm pretty sure everyone knows these Android app-install offers.
The reason why I liked them was the massive reach, unmatched GEO coverage, non-existent CAPs and that it actually helped to optimize the phone and extend the battery or improve speed by a bit.
This was the Dream WhiteHat Offer to me
So when planning the offer focus on this : make it appeal to as broad audience within the vertical as possible (generic offer landing pages can help this, so affiliates can use wide range of angles), try not to start with ridiculous CAPs and if it could actually provide some legit benefit to the user... that would be awesome
Best offer ever for us was definitely Vistaprint (EU + US) clocking in a steady +10K a day for more than 3 years. Their best campaign was the free business cards + holder paying a CPA of somewhere between 8 and 12 dollars per sale, depending on the geo.
Like Matuloo says offers with massive reach, lots of geo's, big budgets, big brand names, easy to sell products and no caps are the real unicorns to chase for every network or affiliate.
This might bring nostalgia to some (it does to me) but by a mile it's AreYouInterested (Facebook App) ... back when dating was allowed.
Massive $CPA on US/UK/AU/NZ etc, whitehat direct linking from Facebook, my firsts almost-10k/day were made with this, copying pictures from SocialAdNinja > Submitting > Banking

There are many good ones. Mine's mainly in the apps and mobile pin submit space. PSafe, Armor For Android, Apus Launcher, Garcinia Cambogia were all notable
It was this gold investment offer which i directlinked to on google and made 5-10x roi.
Could never scale past 25-50k /month, but it was the easiest money i made (for a short while until i got sued...), and it was my flagship campaign that really started off my affiliate career.
I've noticed that many times it's the less flashy campaigns that tend to bring the biggest rewards. Antivirus offers, utility apps, and casual games have all been some of the best I've worked with.
+1 for that. FB goldmine. And the non app adult version also. That shit was 1000+ roi

Garcinia Cambogia for me, hit the trend immediately after the Dr Oz show ran a feature on it.
All straight sale, no CPA so the offer just ran and ran.
2 years later after the PR hit, and about $325k profit banked all from that one trend and celeb endorsement with practically zero stress. Probably the easiest money I've ever made.
Had some very big wins with Native too, but they have been much more hands on.
I've been lucky that I seem to hit the right thing at the right time (or not long after haha)... have my eye on a few things right now which are looking to be golden opportunities. I know this because nobody is talking about it 
At the end of the day It's always shocked me how just hitting one offer can completely change your life.
Real pharma diet pills back in the day when it was legal. Basically just printing money via SEO and google.
