i thought most bizops offers are against fb tos. can you give some examples.
When you're warming an account keep in mind that you're building trust/working on the relationship with FB. So if you're running ads that people get annoyed by your warm up will backfire and your traffic quality and cpc prices will be the opposite of what you're aiming for in the long run.
Therefore you should consider to run ads which people will like and engage with so you can build your QS while running them.
Why not setup a legit product on say, Amazon.. and then drive traffic to that product?
