Anything in a marketing agency, especially one that specialises in PPC or SEO is likely to stand you in good stead.

Yep, try finding a position in a media buying team. Learn the ropes on someone else`s dime.

Its not exactly the same as being an affiliate marketer on your own, but you understand how to do much of the job, and you can have some good people teaching you.

After a while I believe you will feel you are ready to start running your own campaigns.

* Not that you need to go down this road to be a successful affiliate. You can dive in right now and start running campaigns, feel for yourself what it is like to be an affiliate.

Thanks guys!

I've read around that the super affiliates have organizations, offices, and employees... I'm going to try and find one of those

Yup, becoming part of an advanced affiliate team would certainly help you in many aspects. Not sure if you can find someone like this who is looking for someone with zero experience tho.

I personally never worked at any 9-5 position, I jumped straight into AM and never looked back, maybe you could consider doing the same
