can you share the stats?
are you getting the same amount of clicks?
do you have the option to understand if you are getting traffic from 1 source or multiple sources.

taking into consideration that your AM do not have any reason to lie (if your not making money the network doesn't make money) it seems that the traffic source isn't performing like in the start.

Like johnaff mentioned and i tend to agree it looks more like the traffic source / creatives are burned out,

The more detail you can share the more we can pinpoint the problem.

Another obvious question - did the traffic to the placement suddenly increase? If so I'd be suspecting bot traffic starting up to the placement.

Also, is there ANYTHING you've changed? Anything at all? Could be the weirdest thing.

Was the change just over two days? If so I'd test for longer. Two days could just be a national holiday or similar - CR drops over a day or two are very common.

Finally, do you know if the load times on the offer have changed, or if the offer has changed its landing page? An offer testing a new lander is a very common cause of CR drops.

Ok, so how many conversion have you been doing per DAY before the problem started?

In case you have been running low volume, it's quite normal for the stats to jump up and down, 10 leads one day, 3 leads the next one ... it's also normal to have several hours in a row without a conversion...

Everything becomes more stable with larger volume, but I understand it's hard to scale when the results aren't stable.

Adult is hard, but so is everything else, so there is still the chance to make it. You need to change banners a lot on adult, that's one specific thing about it, please read this post of mine where I explain it further : http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...-down-and-down

It's hard to give you more tips when I don't know much about you and this campaign : how long was it running, was it profitable, is this your first campaign, how long were you pushing this offer/offers ..., how much traffic did you buy for it already, where do you get the traffic ... there are so many more variables you could give us to get better advice.

Ok, this screenshot wasn't here when I posted my first reply

This looks like scrubbing on the advertisers side or a tech problem with the offer. I would pause for a day and try again tomorrow. In case you changed something on your end, double check if all works fine.

EDIT : Just noticed there are 2 screenshots - the first one looks like you are facing banner burnout, the campaign is loosing the CVR day by day, that's what I describe in the article I linked you to.

The other one looks like some problem, 0 conversions is not normal considering the days before.

BTW : this is the same offer on 2 networks or... ?

Hey, Korida!

What's up?

I think that - in case you can give me some more info - I'll definitely be able to understand what's going on.

Your AM says the offer didn’t change. You should ask him directly if the flow has changed. This could explain if your conversions dropped but you see no difference in the number of visits to your offer. By the way, which segment are you working on?

On the other hand, if you also see a drop in your visits, it may be a problem of the traffic source. If you can tell me where you're getting your traffic from, I think I could help you.

Are you able to understand if your drop was caused by a specific website? If so, it may be that this specific website made a flat deal with a Media Buyer.

Moreover, are you sure you're not losing traffic due to the competition? Are you sure you didn’t lose your position? Is your bid appropriate? Maybe you lost the position in one website, device, etc., that was very important, thus influencing the outcome that you're dealing with at the moment.

In any case, you can try a different LP and a different traffic source, just to troubleshoot.

Hope I've been able to help!

Cheers!
