Diving in with my first campaign realizing I won't learn much until I lose some money. Looking for feedback to develop some skills in selecting the right offer and putting the pieces together, any and all comments are appreciated.

Clicks: 195
CTR: 0.45%
Average CPM: $0.3866
Spend so far: $16.63
Conversions: 0
As per instructions I chose a direct linking sweepstakes offer.
I understand that I could be doing everything wrong here, so I am just going to give as much information as I can think of and ask questions...
Could the 300 cap in the offer have had an impact on zero conversion? (see attached)
I understand my CTR is poor and potentially my angle and images are misleading from the landing page? (banners attached)

As per instructions given by Caurmen, at this point I should select a new offer instead of trying to improve banners... I can see how a higher CTR would improve my CPC but at this point I doubt it would contribute to an improvement in conversions?
I have been approved by Adsimilis and Peerfly thus far, asked both of the AM's assigned to me, for a list of top offers under $1.00 sweeps/pins outside of US... I am waiting to hear and going to start sifting for another offer.
