i run offer at insparx from July， but my AM dont online skype and answer me from Aug，and i sent e-mail to their support，dont have anyone answer me ，i dont know how can i contact with them， have anyone meets same problem ，or your have another account manager skype and e-mail ？

Call them directly. People can't evade a phone call like they can an email, and if their phone number doesn't get to them, you know something is a bit fishy.
