I have been working on a new site www.mybrazilianhair.co.za and its doing good so far.
I have however recently found an issue and discovered it is a problem with all of my WooCommerce sites.
The problem is that customer order confirmations aren`t sending. I also sometimes so not receive new order notifications.
This is a real problem because my customers don`t get "payment received" and "order complete" updates, resulting in an influx of order queries thus causing an excess amount of unnecessary work! I can imagine this also effects the conversion of these orders as some customers done receive banking details in order to make a payment via an invoice.
Has anyone ever dealt with this issue when using WooCommerce? I want a surefire way of email deliver-ability!
