hey
while reading through threads i see a lot of talk of using ytz and monetizer,
for monetizing traffic that isnt from the geo you are targeting or using it has a catchall of on back button scripts so on...
at least i hope that is correct!
are there any good threads on this forum about this. i haven't found any using the search function.
are these networks you sign up to like affiliate networks, and get a url to place on your lander...
hope that makes sense!
thanks for any replies!
Basically, you would sign up to these networks, and obtain a link that you treat as you would any other affiliate link.
Then, when a visitor visits that link, it will display the best-converting offers for that particular traffic segment (e.g. if the visitor is surfing from a certain device with a certain OS, using wifi or carrier data - the network will know to serve the best offer for that targeting).
When creating that link, you can choose which types of offers you want to include: adult vs. mainstream, sweeps vs. antivirus vs. dating, etc.
You can send visitors from any geo and targeting to these links - and the network will know to send them to the best-converting offers.
Some people are using these monetizing services in place of actual single offers. Here are a couple of the best threads on this topic - say goodbye to the rest of your day....and maybe all of the next.

thanks for the reply !
that was what i seemed to have understood from reading on the forum but wasn't crystal clear on.
so any traffic that comes in on a campaign that doesn't fit my specific targeting can be redirected to a monetizer service rather than just wasted traffic.
and the monetizer will try to serve up the best potential add for that person.
and this is set up with rules in
thanks for the threads! ill probably find all i need there im sure. but thought id ask just in case.
