Why does this adset have zero reach?

I am testing a campaign, I set up 3 campaigns one is broad, two have the same targeting but with a different ad group. One adgroup gets decent reach, the other ad group gets none. These are identical except for the ages. What could be going on here? In this pic

I don't really get your question. This is the adset level screen right? Just below the 3rd adset it says - No Ads. So either your ads were not approved, or they are paused. The 2 adsets above get different reach because cpms might be different, FB is trying to evenly spend you budget through the day.

Hey you are right and Im not paying attention.

I get random errors when uploading my ads sometimes they just do not get posted.
