Well, are you approved at any of the Chinese networks? They would have the most offers.
There are a lot of Chinese CPA networks out there (Avazu, Mobvista, etc). However, the only offers I see that allows China so far are mostly apps. For Android apps, it's a little harder. Some rep told me China does not has Playstore, so the only way is through APK. Not many sources allow APK though.
