I saw that makemassive has desktop pops but the database is small and not getting updated frequently

Box of Ads covers TV/50onRed/Lead impact and a few other pop under sources.

In a week or so Adplexity will push to their platform the much needed Desktop pop/redir spy. So you should wait some more days before deciding what to purchase.

There are a lot of great spy tools for desktop popup/redirect traffic sources. You can try Makemassive, BoxOfAds, AdsXposed, Adplexity. They are all quite good.

I had also emailed adplexity regarding desktop and pops
And they said its in the works now
