i have problem with avazu affiliate, my account deactivated without ask me the problem before..
this my story :
more than 3 month ago i have account on avazu private exchage (avazu affiliate) i'm joining become publisher because i have website and sell my traffic..
so i just place ads tags from avazu and sometime put tracking url from some offer, but i don't earn more, because that time i don't know about affiliate, i just know i'm publisher and put their ads tags..after i can't earn money from them , i remove ads tags and tracking url ..
then on last month, i'm join this forum.. i learn about affiliate work, run campaign, make lander, make banner, split test end etc.. then i ask @manu_adefy
how to setup postback on avazu to my tracking.. thank so much to @manu_adefy
.. after my tracking work.. i make landing page and banner for some offer, i put it on my site.. i earn X$ a day from it... then 4 day ago .. i'm create landing page and promote cpi offer by buying paid traffic on facebook.. i got 300% ROI.. than i spend more money.. and earn $100 that day ... BUT .. on 3 day ago my account deactivated
before ask me what wrong from me 
if i'm login, there message like this "Unfortunately your Avazu Private Exchange account got deactivated due to inactiveness or non-responsiveness" ,, what......!!!
then i sent email to my account manager, and i got reply after 2 day.. the just say "Your CR was extremely high for all offers, and we received complains about it from our advertiser, who believe you are sending incentivized traffic, for this reason your account is blocked."
why why why.... i learn day by day.. create lander, splite test.. once i have good campaign and earn more money, my account deactivated :lol ...
i have contact my account manager via skype but ther no response ...
my balance on avazu is $400 , i think it just little for everyone on this forum, but that is so much for me...
i hope there someone can help me with my problem.. if there someone have account on avazu private exchage and easy contact your account manager, can you give me her contact?

Sorry to hear about your problem!
Your best bet would be to continue trying to explain the situation to your account manager on skype. I don't think anyone else giving you their account manager's skype contact would help you.
