The best and correct way to start with Facebook and App Install offers for Japan?

Hello Stackers! I have a cup of Mobile App Install offers for Japan and the network recommeds to promote via Social so I think on Facebook and I really won't like to get banned so I would like to know the best tips to start "whitehat" on Facebook and know if it's possible to promote offers (don't know if App Installs requires a landing page to avoid get banned on Facebook) on Facebook without getting banned

By the way, I choosed Facebook because I don't know where else I can get Social Traffic from Japan, any suggestion is welcome, thanks!

I have relatives that know japanese so language won't be a problem, I'm just stuck in find the best quality Traffic Source for Japan.

Any suggestions please?

I think it will be a struggle unless you are Japanese native or long time resident.

Facebook in Japan is not like Facebook in the US. Facebook in Japan is more like LinkedIn in the US, used more for professional reasons.

The closest equivalent to Facebook within Japan would be Line, which is like Facebook + Apple Pay + Uber + Slack lol.

Wow I never thought something like this cmdeal, it makes sense... Thanks for remember me Japan is like another world!

So if Facebook can't help me for this case, what alternatives I have? I read that MGID (native ads) have good traffic from Asia and my JP offers are mostly about Games or Apps Install so what do you think about?
