I need your opinion to find tracking that works for me.
I have tried a lot of the biggest trackers.
Right now I am trying out Thrive, it has an on page tracking pixel that nothing else seems to have. This allows me to post my ads on Facebook with the destination and url being identical. Nothing else seems to have this...
The problem is my reports are a mess, I cannot build a simple multipage funnel and track it without exporting everything to excel and doing in the there. I would like to see it all calculated in Thrive.
I was using iMobitrax and I liked it, but I never did multiple page funnels with it.
Voluum doesn't seem to like multi page funnels either... so wtf is going on?
Is it me? Do I have too many expectations of my tracker and should I be doing everything in excel?
If I have two web pages, two 'thank you' pages and two different offers. I should be able to tell at a glance which funnel is working best right? Do I just have Thrive set up in the wrong way?
If you are doing media buys on Adwords and Facebook how do you get around the url matching the lander?

Doesn't it use redirected campaign links?

I have it installed on the trial. I do not see a landing page pixel that is for tracking. . . I find it mentioned in their support but it is just a single mention.

How do you have it setup in Thrive right now?
The inherent thing about using the landing page pixel is that you're driving traffic directly to 1 landing page, so you're not split testing the 2.
You could create another campaign in your traffic source for another landing page.
But, subsequent offers/branches should be able to be split tested and you should be able to see which one converts better via the interface.
You didn't mention details about how you've got it setup, but that would help a lot here. If you're on cloud, our support would be able to look at your setup and let you know how best to set it up as well.

Thanks Tom.
For my funnel in
Thrive, I have landingpage1, thankyoupage1, offer1, offer2
landingpage1 is set up as a landing page
thankyoupage1 is its own branch
offer1 and offer2 are set up as branches
now when I view my stats they are pretty well mixed up I am not able to view them as a single funnel. Building a drill down report on which funnel is working best per traffic source doesnt really seem possible ... maybe I have all of it set up wrong?

What is the point of the "thankyoupage1"? What is it thanking the visitor for?
In any case, you should be able to just add "thankyoupage1" as an offer and add it to the landing page just normally.
Then, you just need 1 branch containing "offer1" and "offer2" to split test. You should very clearly see the performance difference between the 2.

Thankyou page1 is please wait with a meta refresh.
I didnt think of adding the ThankYou1 page as an offer. I have it set up as a its own branch. Now that seems like the wrong way to do it.

We have built-in meta refresh redirecting options already. You shouldn't need a separate page for that.
But yes, set it up as an offer under the landing page. Branches are for additional split tests beyond the first.
