The mobile carrier field is a gigantic mess, you need to invest some time into proper research

Let's take VINAPHONE for example.

So the VNPT or Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications is a state owned telecommunication company and it owns Vinaphone too, so there you go.

Haha it took ME a while to find it! That's the only bad thing about there being so many posts on STM - when you're needing to find something you sometimes don't remember the title or even who it was that wrote it. At least in my case I remembered it was me that wrote it.
