I am currently working in an agency and lately we are getting more and more media requests.
I am getting the cold chills when seeing the traditional reporting (ctr, page views, likes,...) so I am looking if it would be possible to apply performance based media in an agency setting.
There are few steps that I had in my mind to offer the best service possible:
- Market research & persona creation
- Angle creating
- Landing page & banner creation
- Setup traffic source
- Reporting & optimising
- Cross sell for other products related to marketing automation
My question is if anybody has experience doing this? How do you setup your initial CPL? Do you let the clients pay for the setup and run a test campaign? I would be very grateful for any advice.
