Looking For Outsourcing Documentation Example (1)
Hey STM,
I have started to move towards building a team as the "1 Man Army" is becoming increasingly tiresome.
My first two hires will be someone to manage creative (creating different ad unit sizes for proven creative, making iterations of successful ones, looking for native images, and competitive intelligence). The second will be a tech person (rip landers, clean out code on ripped landers, basic CSS/Java requirements, etc.).
Does anyone have examples of tasks, duties, responsibilities that they've done with their own employees? Definitely NOT afraid to do the work on my own, but figured if someone didn't mind sharing it couldn't hurt to ask
