Are these allowed nowadays? I am talking mostly about native ad networks and platforms like sitescout.
Just to be absolutely clear, I am talking about scripts that pull visitors location and greet him e.g "Big discounts for people living in [geoip type="city"]"

This is a pretty standard thing to use, I never had a problem with any ad network because of this and I don't think any of them would actually mind.
