hi guys, according to this link
https://www.facebook.com/business/help/179348782260063, if the currency within my acc isnt in that list ( is not AmEx supported currency), can't my ads acc add AmEx as an option?

No. FB accepts Amex only in few countries. Indian FB accounts also doesn't have AMEX.

If you're using an employee card you will be fine. As you have the payment side covered your concern should be in other areas to avoid linking/getting your account flagged for spam - not to mention the ads/a good cloaking setup.
