FB Bad Comments Moderation

Hi,

I have a few fb ad accounts running ads. Is there a fb ad comments moderation tool that I can use to view all the ad comments in a single page? This will help me log in less to to my fb ad account and prevent it getting flagged.

When you're on your fan page go to settings -> general -> page moderation. Then just type in any words that you want to that will trigger the post to be automagically hidden. I've heard that having too many hidden comments lowers your ads quality score, but there are definitely some words / posts you'll want hidden regardless.

Yes I think you will want to do this with general negative / curse words. At the very least, its normal moderation which wouldn't look excessive to FB (although many comments being hidden would indicate a negative response from users, so its not really a savior on the internal/QS side).

Agreed, tread carefully. Deleting/auto-hiding comments will help raise your conversion rate but will lower your QS + raise red flags with facebook if it's happening excessively. You're going to want to look at your ratio of good to bad comments and figure out how to get the good comments up, either via post wording or paying for a commenting service.

Isn't it unhealthy for the account to hide/delete bad comments?

Not necessarily. I imagine brands like Coca Cola have bajillions of comments hidden daily based on word rules, to avoid people spamming about sweeps on their posts and to preserve brand image.
