Need help breaking through in adult... (5)

Figured I'd finally just post here. I'm getting pretty frustrated with the adult vertical; I can't consistently make a profit with any campaign.
Here's some background from me: I've been in the online marketing world for a long time (corporate) but am now able to devote 100% of my time to making affiliate marketing work. I've chosen the adult vertical because it's interesting to me. I have all the desire, the budget, the skill, and the ability to make this happen which is why it's so frustrating to me. I've spent about $2,500 so far testing.
My basic focus:
Adult dating offers on mobile. I've since drilled down on the "milf" vertical. I've also expanded outside the US to Denmark and Norway.
What I've tested
5 Geos; US, Canada, South Africa, Denmark, and Norway. I started in the US but have pivoted to smaller countries. Nordics seems to do the best as the payouts are 2-3x higher with a similar conversion rate.
2 landing pages; 1 that was ripped and one that I've created on my own (actually converted better).
~75 banners; mostly created myself, across different angles: "Fuckbook" Facebook ripoff, "Snapsext" Snapchat ripoff, "Online Brothel", "Milf's looking to fuck". Most of these have been animated. I've tested them in English, Danish, and Norwegian.
~7 offers. Mostly through Clickdealer where i've seen the most success. These are adult dating offers. I'm recently testing offers through Advidi and Dateprofits, maybe IMOCash but would prefer to keep it simple.
2 traffic networks. TrafficJunky and Exoclick. I find it much easier to get traffic with TrafficJunky--sometimes Exo just won't serve. Unfortunately, Exo has much better targeting; for mobile I'd like to exclude crappy phones so I'm not wasting impressions.
Targeting: I've focused on Pornhub 300x250 placement, mobile only. I figured I need to make one work before trying everything.
The thing is I have a few months of runway here. I've been testing this for a month straight without a consistently profitable campaign. I've touched profitability in the Denmark market, so I've doubled efforts there but can't break through. The campaign might be 10% ROI one day, and then dips back down to negative.
Some basic stats for Denmark on TJ: I see roughly a 0.10% CTR, which results in approximately $0.30 clicks. The offer I'm pushing actually converts pretty well--I see an average of 11% click to conversion rate (offer landing page to conversion) but as high as 30%. EPC is on average $0.70 to a high of $1.80.
Does anyone have any advice? Is there anything glaring I'm missing? The obvious answer is to just test more landing pages and ads, which I'm doing, but I feel like there's something I might be missing. Otherwise I'm going to move on from adult.

adult dating can be a bitch and it has become pretty hard to actually make it working, but it's still doable.
So let me give you a few hints :
- 2 landing pages - you gotta test way more man, try different styles, different women on the LPs, different colors, change the text a bit. Even thou you see the questions LP over and over, you can make changes to it.
- Nordics have large payouts thats true, but there is a reason for it, they are hard to convert. But ok, you can stick to the GEO selection you have done, it's all harder GEOs, but all of them can work and you don't seem to be a total newbie either. But in case you simply can't make any of them work for too long, don't hesitate to try new ones.
- trafficjunky is a good pick, exo has better targeting but the quality is generally better at TJ. Don't stick to one placement thou, in case the competition is heavy there right now, which it is, you simply wont make it no matter how hard you try.
- banner CTR - here you have a big problem, 0.10% on mobile is VERY low, you gotta improve this a lot. Even DK should be at least 0.25 and up.
- you're testing for month - it took me several months to beat adult dating on paid traffic, so don't think you're taking too long.
All the other numbers look good I would say, CVR, EPC ... you just pay too much for the traffic, work on the banners first.

My advice is to test desktop traffic as well. Focus on geo (Germany, Netherlands) where you have more offers to choose from. If advertiser want to pause traffic to their offer you will not have another option because in these geos (Nordic) only one or 2 (max. 3) offers convert good.
Try to advertise on networks where you will be alone or witll compete with one more advertiser (you can finds smaller ad. network suggestions here in the forum in adult niche). TJ an Exo are not that kind of networks - there are a lot of advertisers there that will need bigger budget and higher bids.
as @matuloo said 2 LPs are not enough. Spy other affiliate what promote in geos that you plan to target and try to adjust their LPs to your offers and banners.
Try pop, redirect traffic as well.
