LANDER DS: An Intuitive, Innovative Landing Page Deployment System: Beta Invite! (50)

Hey STMs-

I’m excited to announce the commencement of Beta Testing of our first tool! Lander DS a landing page deployment system available on all platforms. We’ve been diligently developing and planning this Beta for the last 5 months or so, and we are pleased to offer this Beta on STM today! You can start signing up now, and official testing starts on August 15, 2016. I will be sending log-in information to those who request it on August 15th.


What is Lander DS?

Lander DS is a landing page deployment system focused on allowing you to quickly and effectively obtain, organize, and deploy the fastest and most optimal landing pages, all with no technical knowledge needed.



Features:

Rip: To rip a new lander, all you have to do is copy the URL for the landing page you wish to rip, pick a name for it, and click “Rip Lander.”

Optimizations: We automatically optimize your images, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML and Gzip. All in all, Lander DS typically can cut the size of your file in half.

Page Speed Scores: Our optimizations can improve your page speed scores by up to 50 points. View the scores directly on the web app. Click on the animations for detailed analytics and tips on how to improve the performance of your particular page.

Deploy: Lander DS deploys your landing pages to AWS content delivery network- one of the fastest on the market- at the click of just one button.

Snippets: Pre-made snippets and your own custom snippets can be added with the click of a button. We will go into Beta with Back Button Redirect, JS Cloaker, and Entry and Exit Pops, and a few more. There are many more to come, and we are open to suggestions!

Campaigns: Organize groups of landers into a campaign. You can add an entire campaign to a domain at a time.

Your landing pages, campaigns, and domains are listed in order, either alphabetically or by add date, ascending or descending.

Edit or delete the landers, add the entire campaign to a domain, or add more landers to the campaign you’re working on from the Campaigns page.



Additional Features:

Preview: Preview your landing page before deploying it. You can preview both the original and the optimized versions.

Edit: Directly edit the source code of your landing page on the Lander DS web application.

Download: Take your landing pages with you anywhere. You can download the original landing page or the optimized version.

Privacy: Lander DS never stores your landers on its servers for more time than it takes us to optimize
them. Everything is hosted on your AWS account, providing you ultimate ownership of your landers, and
data.


Beta:

We have several more features to roll out over the next few months both during Beta Testing and afterward based on feedback. And as a thank you to our testers, we are offering over $2,500 in gifts that will be raffled at the conclusion of the Beta period.

Cool!

I predicted something like this would come out eventually.

There is really no affiliate marketing focused lander CMS out there, so there is definitely a gap in the market - especially if you can integrate with trackers to synchronise/add/update lander names and URLs (without modifying query string stuff?).

I love that this kind of tools are entering in this space. The only downside is AM is still a niched and volatile market and it's hard to make it as a subscription business.

Anyway, we're also preparing something awesome in autumn, integrating all of our tools with your trackers, hosting and traffic sources, mobile landing page builder and some other services....eventually it will become a CMS and a full optimization platform with multi-user access.

This will take AM to another level for everyone...we'll make an announcement soon.

Hey Lifen I just sent in a request. I have a question for you though. How does your system deal with the document.write scripts in a lander? Do we still need to remove the text those statements create manually?

Hi Brad,

You should not have to remove the text manually. Design your lander exactly as you want it, and our JavaScript optimization will allow the document.write JavaScript and any other JavaScript to remain inlined without further modification.

If you notice a lander not being properly optimized, please let me know! (The best way to get a hold of me is on Intercom directly from the app.) We are constantly pushing updates.

Is the tool food for people that are not technical? I know the basic stuff and I am really interested in testing it ( mainly for the rip and deploy feature -as far as i can understand it will rip an lp and strip all the backdoors right? ) but I am not a techie.

Yes, it's for people who know the basics but don't want to deal with the technicality of deploying, etc. Right now, the rip doesn't strip backdoors and you should check for them manually, but that is a feature that we are planning on building into the system in the near future!

Hey everyone!

We're still getting inquiries asking if we need more testers, and we're happy to take on more beta testers! This will probably be my last update before we go LIVE in a few weeks, but we've added/upgraded a few of the capabilities and just wanted to let you know about a couple of them.

1. We've added a full NOTES feature to each of the sections on the panel. You can search for the notes, color code text, add images, bullet points, and do whatever else you need to in your notes to organize your landers, groups, and domains. If you rip a landing page, the URL from which you ripped it will auto-populate in the notes for your reference.

2. We've added advanced features to ripping. You can now rip up to 3 layers deep of a single URL, and you can choose whether you want the desktop or the mobile version of a landing page.

Hi,

Just tried to sign up for beta. Would love to try this out as I'm (right now) ripping landers with Htrack which is a pain.

I tried to sign up and all it kept doing on the page was spin (like on a Mac with the wheel of death).

Hey everyone- thank you for your interest. We have made the decision to shut down LanderDS Beta on January 15, 2017. For those of you who participated, your data is stored on your AWS account and will be accessible there after the close of Beta. You will not be able to access your data through LanderDS. We are continuing to build on the feedback all of the testers have provided for us, and will be launching a product with all of the favorite components of LanderDS. Thanks for all of your support, and we'll be in touch!
