Own Android Games but need Network (7)

Hi STM members ,
I hope everyone doing great.
I have couple of Android games running live in playstore & will start work on IOS soon.
Mostly traffic came from European Here's some stat's of my one game = http://prntscr.com/bvhap7

So Question is , I am using admob ads right now but not getting best payout ,
I want to run some mobile offers through my Games but need Smart links offer that can change according to GEO because i don't want to lose my traffic/user from other GEO's.

Can you suggest me good networks for this???
