PPV still working?

Hey guys! I was thinking of testing some classic PPV traffic (adware installed + URL targeting) because the concept itself sounds great. But how good is the quality? Is there still enough volume? I don't need that much actually, looking for job seeker traffic.

Most of the sources are shit these days, steer well clear of 50onred and leadimpact.. Trafficvance quality is still there.

Thanks! TV is now Propeller right? Do they still have the $1000 minimum deposit?

Yes they do.. and 50onred is great too, at least for me. Works fine. I'd go for Propel Media if you can.

I don't think so, if you apply for self served platform you can deposit 100$ to start with

Awesome! The minimum deposit for the self-serve platform is indeed $100. But I'm not sure CPV is available through it. I wrote support but the reply didn't clear things up.

Thanks man, you're right. I was actually looking into propellerads. Propelmedia.com is the former trafficvance and the minimum deposit is $1000.

Do you only run 50R outside the US? You know they serve two pops per pageload in the US geo these days?

May I ask which offer verticals are you hitting the hardest?

The quality of PPV traffic is generally evaluated as good to very good by advertisers as its a PULL channel which means the user is looking for the product - they need to type the search term in the toolbar after all. So the stats will look very similar to your adswords campaigns (i.e. similar CTRs, CR and average order values). Also the LTV of the users is higher than with PUSH channels such as email, banners and pops.

Best sources for PPV traffic are leadimpact, 50onred and trafficvance (now propelmedia). Hit me up on skype if you want me to bring you in touch an AM at these companies.
Some well performing verticals for PPV traffic are antivirus (eg mcafee), dating in france, background checks, payday loans, insurance and big brand names (eg vistaprint)
