Job traffic on FB

Hey guys. I need a bit of help if possible.

How would you target people looking for a job on FB? I am actually looking for people that need to improve their resume.

If you could suggest a better traffic source for this please do. I was thinking PPV but never tried it. Search is too expensive.

Linkedin - every time we post one of our job openings on there we get +200 Resumes. At a cost price of 150$ that comes down to less than 1$ per resume.

Your campaign is not real job application but its very related so I guess it would perform very similar (or maybe even better as the threshold is lower: improving resume vs. sending your resume to a company).

Thanks! I thought about Linkedin before but never tried thinking it would be too expensive to make it work. Guess I need to test.

LinkedIn will probably be too expensive for most things to work, just target 20+ broad on FB and work on your copy+creative.
Use the pixel to optimise and work it out from there.

Haven't tried yet. My personal life is pretty hectic right now. But I still think it will be too expensive for me. I want to start testing FB and PPV. Maybe search too.

How about intersecting those people between 20-30 of age who have liked major job websites/ interests such as "indeed", "moster", "simply hired" etc.

u can use the "narrow audience" to intersect...

Thought about that too. Actually it's the only thing on FB I could use as interests. I guess I have a lot of testing to do.

LinkedIn groups are great for what you're looking for and when you post there there's less spam so there's a higher chance of your posting being seen
