Facebook Account Disabled Using Shopify? (11)

Facebook Account Disabled Using Shopify?

Anyone else have their Facebook accounts shut down while advertising products on an E-Commerce store? I just started a business manager account and it was disabled within a few hours promoting a free+shipping offer. The ads were all legit and were reviewed and accepted. However, the account was shut down to due 'suspicious activity'. I only had my budget at a few bucks a day. I tried using another ad account and that was shut down practically immediately. Contacting Facebook through the form only gets me the same generic message

"Our records indicate that your payments account was disabled due to suspected fraudulent activity. In the interest of protecting our users, we cannot confidently reenable your payments account at this time."

I still have no idea what's tripping Facebooks algorithm. Credit cards, domain name? What steps do I need to take to create another account and not get burned? I'd appreciate any help.

Was this your personal account, or a new "farmed" account that you created separately for advertising?

I created a new facebook account for the purpose of running it for business. I did not use my personal facebook account to create the business manager account. If I do create another business manager from my personal facebook account what steps do I have to take to prevent them from shutting it down? Should I use different cards, different domain, different location etc...?

I've seen a few mentions in different places regarding free+shipping accounts getting slammed.

New account will get banned right away. If it's a clean offer such as the style you described, personal account is the way to go. Your building an asset and business (to some extent), don't want to have any account Gamble's with that

Okay, so a personal facebook account seems the way to go. However, now I'm worried about what other factors may trigger a review based off the information I've already provided for the banned accounts. Should I use a different domain and credit card? Does it matter if I'm logging in from the same location as the banned accounts.

Did I screw myself over by submitting my license as ID for the previously banned accounts?

Yes use a different domain and card. Location should be find as long as you force a reset on your ip / clear browser cookies / history.

They don't keep the ID on file. It gets deleted after 30 days.

So I created a new business manager account off of my personal account. New domain, credit card, and ip. It got shut down within a few minutes of the first ad. The ad was for a retail product. No Free+Shipping offer. This time they asked for the credit card statement, a written statement that the card was authorized to be used from the owner, and ID. They then sent a response saying that they reactivated the account. Except they didn't. Does the compliance team have a pool going on with who can screw with advertisers the best? Any suggestions?

Tell them its not reactivated. Usually if they say it is, it is.

FB is strict, but when they allow you to run you should be fine.

So this is the message I get when I log into business manager.

When I click on the link to verify my account it takes me to this page

However, under Advertiser Account ID, the disabled account isn't listed. I have to say It's NOT my account and have to type in the account ID number for the disabled account.

Unfortunately they don't read that and they're just reactivating my personal ad account which has never been disabled. Hell they sent me a link when they said that it was reactivated and it took me straight to the funding page of my personal account. Never even created a single ad on my personal account.
