Manually Updating Campaign Costs (1)

I was wondering if someone could explain how Voluum handles manual cost updates. Let's say my Voluum install is defaulted to PST and the traffic source I'm pulling costs from is EST. When I upload the costs, I assume I set it to EST since that's what server time is. Now when I view my stats in PST, how does Voluum calculate the costs when the time zones differ?
