Unofficial and Official Parties of AWE 2016 - Soooo Exciting!!
Super exciting!! Affiliate World Conference in Berlin is going to take place in just 8 days!
All conferences have one thing in common – the outstanding opportunity to meet people. This is what I tell my clients and partners that networking is the most important element of a successful affiliate marketing business ,as no skills are worth a dime without the right connections. As they say your network is your net worth – so focus on building your social capital if you want a long-term successful business!
You get to meet amazing people at these shows and truth to be told Affiliate World Conferences has been the most exciting show I've been waiting for this year! AWA in Bangkok last year was a blast, it was truly an amazing experience for me.
AWE will be great to meet CPA networks face-to-face, to find good JV opportunities and to have a good time in the meantime. It's a must to attend the before and after parties because that's where the real magic happens.

Bonus Tip for Affiliates:
When you sign up at a new CPA Network try to get an affiliate manager who's new at the company. You may be wondering why.... A new employee is always super motivated (or at least should be) and will run the extra mile for you to help you succeed, while a senior affiliate manager may just want to focus on the big fish who already drive big volume. If you want to learn about the latest hot offers and also get motivation you should do what I recommend so. 
It helped me in the past before AMs were kinda exited to work with FBQueen ;-). This strategy helped a couple of my clients in the past to get access to better deals after they changed the AM. The show will be a great opportunity to find your fitting affiliate manager.

The show will be a great opportunity to find your fitting affiliate manager.I do not disagree but there are some exceptions like senior affiliate most of the time have more liberty in giving payout bumps and knows a bit more how to "manipulate" the system towards you - the affiliate.
however there is much sense in this Tip.
to Add on your advice i will say that Affiliate should never accept things as they are, if you feel like your A.M isn't the right one for you then ask to replace him.
after all we are humans who are dealing with Humans, not all people get a long.
this stuff happen and you dont need to feel a shame for asking to change your A.M
most of the time the request is coming due to lack of response or lack of knowledge the AM have so when that comes in who would you prefer to get - senior or Junior?
its all about you - the affiliate!

More than parties they were an extension of the conference but with more alcohol and loud music. Not a complaint though!
I had a lot of fun, lots of laughs with many people who I had originally met on STM, good to put a face to the usernames and of course, priceless networking and knowledge sharing with some very smart people!
Must say Wednesday morning was a bummer when I had to fly back at 7AM !
Thanks to everyone who came by our party on the Sunday, it was a huge success!
