Huge Go2Mobi Bug ?

Hello guys,

Am I the only one today which can't see either the images nor the the image names in my campaign windows ?

Which makes pausing/activating banners impossible...

I hope they'll solve this in a matter of hours and won't let me wait monday evening to get it fixed... it's just not acceptable at all.

yep same here cant see banners in the campaign level BUT

To start with, go to your Reporting tab in Go2Mobi (at the top), select "Last 7 days", select "name" and "image" under "Creative", select "CPC" and "eCPC" under "Columns", click "Refresh", and then click the "Drill" button next to the name of your campaign.

try this from the Mobile Cookbook Strategy and it works. you can blacklist from there.

Nope this doesnt work. It's like one of the first think I tried. You can't "blacklist" a banner...

I'm not happy with go2mobi lack of monitoring... it's the second time they have a major screw-up (the last time you couldn't pause campaigns... which isn't really wonderful when running unlimited budgets) and apparently they still don't monitor their system correctly.

It's been 2 days now since I reported the issue and no answer at all, so no-one is monitoring the support email either.
