Best Tier 3 spy tool

Hey guys, I would like to rip some Tier 3 geos landers mostly for sweeps and AV. Which spy tool would you suggest? I use adsxposed but they only have a few of those countries.

I think Boxofads.com monitors the largest number countries but if you focus on some very niche stuff you have to search locally and you'll find something.
