Re-launching info product about App Store Optimization & App Installs

He guys,

So a while ago I launched appstoredna.com and full course on App Store Optmization (ASO) and App Installs.

All the basics are being covered here how to market your app, increase downloads, conversions and ranking.
I decided to add the App Installs part also with a little bit of advertising, social media, outsourcing, photoshop.

I give a lot of valuable information but my sales are shit that also counts for traffic.

I decided to take action and look into everything I can to improve this. To create more pressure on myself to finish everything faster and better than before I decided to create this follow along to see what I can achieve.

At the moment I sell my course for $97. My goal is to make at $10k consistently by September.
Each week I will set tasks for my self (homework).

At the moment I will "splinter" my course and decide to go into a new strategy.

The difference in people making 1k, 10k, 100k a month is all about the funnel and upsells/downsells etc.

I've been busy with mobile advertising for a long time but in the information product business I was a complete newbie.
Therefore for now I've decided to have these levels for the value ladder and I will create a funnel later:

Value Ladder:
Level 1: blogs, giveaways
I have a blog for indie game developers which is gamemarketeers.com)
Give away would be an e-book.

Level 2: $27-37$ course, with upsells, free webinars (the course is now $97, I'll drop it down to $27-$37 in clickbank)

Im also thinking of creating a whole new name and sales page and add it in JVZoo or Warrior+ targetting different demographics. Than I could attract different affiliates from CB, JVZoo and WarriorPlus

For eg. I could target a different sales page to:

I would have the same course for about 80% and add 20% new modules/video's depending on the target group.

Level 3: Create a new product and upsell it for $ 297

Level 4: Create a new product and upsell it for $1000 or 4 payments of $297

Level 5: Core offer for $ 5-7k (this includes coaching, done for you service, one-on-one)

Level 6: Upsells $10k (mastermind, one-on-one or a complete done for you service)

This weeks homework:

1) create core offer
2) continue training
3) re-do gamemarketeers.com
4) get a copy writer to write an e-book for me
5) create a funnel
6) create new video on squeeze and sales page

All tips are welcome especially on whether I should create several LP/products and promote them in different Affiliates networks.

Akieato!

Will definitely be following this one.

I have one piece of feedback regarding your lander. You should add some success stories and case studies on it.

People don't really care about learning how to market an app. In reality they want downloads aka money. So show them what is possible first, then you can focus on showing them how to get there after.

These guys do it well.

Thanks Mr. Green!

The blog gamemarketeers.com belongs to me and Appromoters :-)

We are also already working together on ASO and the up sell part of the course.

Together with Appromoters we will organise monthly meet-ups in Amsterdam as a start and also work on:
Level 5: Core offer for $ 5-7k (this includes coaching, done for you service, one-on-one)

Level 6: Upsells $10k (mastermind, one-on-one or a complete done for you service)

What are your thoughts on creating different names/landing pages and offer them at different networks?

Damn appromoters is a good partner to have then! I see them all over adwords.

"What are your thoughts on creating different names/landing pages and offer them at different networks?" I don't understand this question?

For example AppStoreDNA.com i'll promote it as how to market your app and get more downloads and offer it in ClickBank

Get an other name for e.g. appstorexpert.com, I will promote that as becoming an ASO Expert on JVZoo

I would offer about 80% of the same videos/modules and add video's more related to that specific topic.
