I have a blog in Turkish teaching basics of AM and blogging etc.
My problem is lots of my readers do not even want to start a blog because they are lazy. They just wanna make some quick cash on PTC networks etc. So in order to make money with this audience I have some ideas and I'd like to learn more from you guys.
1) Send them to PTC networks with my affiliate link
2) Make a sweep to incentivize an app download (One person will get 100 usd check for Tesco if you download this app)
3) Make a list and send them to incentive pages and PTC networks over and over again.

Depends on what their sticking point is.
When you say "they're lazy" - what is the exact point that they mostly decide it's too much work?
From there, you can potentially offer packages of services. That may well be a very good money-maker for you.
For example, if they get stuck on creating content, hire some writers then offer outsourced content creation at a healthy markup.
If they can't get their blogs set up, offer a one-and-done blog setup service: WP install, hosting, and domain name registration. Should cost peanuts but you can charge plenty for it.
If it's promotion they have a problem with, resell SEO services.
Etc.
If they're all after quick cash, that's an excellent starting point for sales: brand all your products as an "accelerator", a "short-cut", "here's what smart bloggers who don't have time to mess around do", etc.
