I've been running a native ad viral clickbait website for a month now and have optimized my campaigns so I get an average 40% ROI.
I have been seeing many instances where people (claim to) make 100 - 400% on their investment and all signs point to them making more per click from adsense for the same amount of traffic as everyone else.
I have been wondering what kind of content people write that is click-baity and interesting for the everyday person browsing mindlessly and still pays a high CPC.
Obviously I have gone through the high paying keywords on adsense and they're all related to mesothelioma, settlement lawyers, DUI lawyers and such and can't think of what viral content would be that attracts a mass following but pays a high CPC.
Is there a list of adsense keywords that I can target that pays around $0.15 - 0.25 that I can target to make more returns? Any pointers in this regard would be great.

I used to make that ROI back in 2014, then my fb ads account got banned.
When you mention 40% ROI, where are you buying your traffic?
Did not AdSense stopped showing text ad arrow and effectively killing ROI?
