Testing Tracking in Voluum - Views Logging but Not Clicks?
Hey guys - I'm pretty new to this, and have a question as I set up my first campaign for tracking.
I set up my campaign in Voluum and for testing purposes used the campaign url in my own browser and clicked through to see if it would lock the visit and the click. It logged the first visit and the first click through one of my landers, but when I kept doing it to see if each and every lander worked, it would only log the visits and not the clicks.
I've tried repasting the "LP click" link into my landers html and reuploading them to my servers but that didn't seem to register a click still. I've also tried clearing my cookies, and still only registering vists...
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Did you add the other landers into the campaign that you have been clicking through? Or did you simply load the lander url?

I have all the landers in the campaign in a separate path linking to the same offer. It now seems like only one LP is logging views and clicks even though the others will rotate through on different clicks of the campaign. Is this what you mean?
Another weird problem I'm having is on of my LPs will click through to the offer on my mac but on my phone when I click through to the offer I get a Voluum error...
I'm not sure what it could be maybe I need to check the LP HTML?

There will be some problem in the source code of those LPs. Do you have someone who knows HTML to consult this with?

Not personally. I know it on a very basic level, and know where to place the "click link" from Voluum on ripped landers. Could it be something with other scripts/redirects in the code?

It's really not possible to tell without seeing the code, and Im no coder myself too so not sure if I could help you find the problem. But there are people on the forum who are good at this, so paste it here if you want, someone might be able to find the problem.
